Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

​

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

CANCELLATIONS

​

NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS. ​ Once you place the order, it can be cancelled for a 100% REFUND within 5 DAYS. After 5 days, you may ask for a refund, but you will have to submit a refund request to info@aftershopper.com or we will provide you with a phone number where you can call and verify the cancellation/refund. Refund requests must be submitted and verified within 10 days of your purchase order. If you cancel between 5-10 days after ordering, you will be charged with an additional 25% restocking fee.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and place it into a packaging box at the post office or postal carrier of choice, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If you would like a refund and have not yet received the item, this cannot be accomplished AFTER 5 days of the order. We have a NO CANCELLATION POLICY AFTER 5 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER. Which states you cannot cancel your order for any reason whatsoever AFTER 5 Days of your order. You can ask for a refund, but you will have to fill out a refund request within 10 days of your purchase order or before we process the order with the shipping company. No refunds will be allowed after the 10 days. Also, if you ask for a refund before 10 days and after 5 days of the order, you will be charged with an additional 25% restocking fee. This is because the order has already been placed and is being shipped out. Again, you can cancel within 5 days of the order with a 100% refund. We all sometimes make mistakes, but when the order has already been placed and shipped out, no refunds will be allowed, and you will be charged with a 25% restocking fee on top of that. At that point, once the order is replaced and it is after 5 days of placing the order, you will have the opportunity to return the item once it is received. Please refer to the return policy above.
